Overwhelm, scatterbrained thoughts, and being paralyzed in inaction doesn’t have to be the norm for you.

Most of the time when it comes to a business idea, if you don’t know where to start, it’s in one of those three areas:

  1. Your offer
  2. Your people
  3. Your pathway

If you have the right offer and people but no clear pathway, you have lost clients before you even found them. Your engagement will go nowhere if you don’t have a breadcrumb pathway to lead them down.

Same thing applies if it’s the right people but an unclear offer.

When you are tuned in to what your client really needs and what you truly desire to create, the right offers will spill out.

By having a look at your idea holistically and seeing how others will find it, react to. it, and receive it you can clearly see if it will work or flop.

This doesn’t mean you should scrap the whole idea though! I find we are often addicted to starting from scratch instead of making strategic changes.

What can you tweak or put in place now to make it easier in the future for people to find you and walk down your pathway to your offer?
