Is manifesting superficial?

Is it a whoo whoo thing as a self help trick for ‘getting what you want?’ or is it a deep spiritual practice with bigger roots than we think?

For a minute I want you to imagine two lines running vertically through you.

They are side by side and they reach up into the universe as far as infinity and deep into the earth.

One is light/god/divinity/spirit and its direction is upwards, the other is mother earth/grounding/physical/ and its direction is downwards.

The light energy going upwards is your connection to source or the Grand. Organizing. Design.

The grounding energy going downwards is your connection to Mother Nature and your physical nourishment.

Take note – the most healing and beneficial food sources grow from the earth, walking barefoot on natural surfaces as well as sitting on them has proven to also be very healing according to superstar alternative researchers like David Wolfe and Dr Mercola.

 

Mother Earth’s energy when fully connected assists in receiving your basic needs and desires like love, safety and money.

Source energy when fully connected assists with life purpose, soul connections and personal power.

Seeing as we are starting at the very beginning lets work with one idea at a time.

When our root chakra (our main connection with our roots and Mother Nature type energy) is out of balance fear can become a big issue for us.

As we know fear and doubt don’t exactly help manifest our deepest desires.

To heal our root Chakras and strengthen our base connection to mother nature’s energy here are some ideas…
